COVID-19.

We are taking strict measures to ensure that we are operating safely.

All our staff have received in-house training and have been provided a COVID 19 risk assessment as per government regulations to ensure they are taking precaution.

We are:

  • Sterilising our equipment and tools twice using a professional autoclave system.
  • Taking appointments in advance, no walk-ins. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Taking temperatures upon arrival. Staff are asked not to come to work if they are experiencing symptoms.
  • Please arrive on time and unaccompanied.
  • Wearing gloves and facemasks. We are also asking clients to wear masks as well.
  • Allowing 15mins clean up time after each client to disinfect equipment (lamps, fans, tools, etc.) and seating/station.
  • Keeping the door open for ventilation and air circulation.
  • Ensuring social distancing measures and introducing screens to separate clients from the therapist on the manicure station.

These new measures will limit our business, and we may not be able book as many clients, so please do book in advance.

We ask clients to:

  • Please arrive on time and unaccompanied.
  • Wash their hands upon arrival and dry off using tissues (not towels).
  • Wear face masks when they attend their appointment. Face masks are also available for £1 at reception.
  • Not attend their appointment if they are feeling unwell. If we notice any symptoms upon arrival, we will ask you to leave and will cancel your appointment.
